Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize CRM records, ensuring actionable updates and tracking of opportunities
- Build and iterate automated outreach sequences for lead nurturing and upsell campaigns
- Generate client and sales intelligence reports, providing insights on pipeline health and opportunity stages
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or similar roles
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, and automation tools
- Comfortable reviewing contracts and managing document workflows
- Proactive and strategic thinker with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with tools like PandaDoc, Trainual, Slack, and Monday.com is a bonus
