Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will blend traditional sales operations with strategic sales enablement and intelligence gathering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize CRM records, ensuring actionable updates and tracking of opportunities
  • Build and iterate automated outreach sequences for lead nurturing and upsell campaigns
  • Generate client and sales intelligence reports, providing insights on pipeline health and opportunity stages
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or similar roles
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, and automation tools
  • Comfortable reviewing contracts and managing document workflows
  • Proactive and strategic thinker with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with tools like PandaDoc, Trainual, Slack, and Monday.com is a bonus
