Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery conversations with nonprofit stakeholders to identify business challenges and goals
- Design Salesforce-centered solutions tailored to nonprofit needs across various platforms
- Create and deliver customized product demonstrations in collaboration with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications in relevant areas such as Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud
- Significant experience in a customer-facing role or sales organization
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a high emotional IQ
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in pre or post-sales support
