A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement (Verticals).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify performance gaps and unique challenges across Verticalized Sales teams
- Develop and implement tailored enablement solutions aligned with business priorities
- Build collaborative relationships with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners to enhance productivity and impact
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement leading initiatives
- Proven track record in building and delivering training programs that drive business results
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering at VP-level and above
- Experience with enabling brand direct sales teams
- Working knowledge of leading enablement tools and platforms
