Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Operations to oversee and scale the operating engine behind their revenue team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize sales processes across the full funnel from lead generation to post-sale handoffs
  • Manage and strategize the revenue systems tech stack, ensuring integration and data quality
  • Lead accurate forecasting, pipeline reviews, and build dashboards to track KPIs across teams
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM management, including report and dashboard creation
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Gong, Slack, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Similarweb
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Experience in building scalable RevOps systems in high-growth environments
