Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Operations to oversee and scale the operating engine behind their revenue team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize sales processes across the full funnel from lead generation to post-sale handoffs
- Manage and strategize the revenue systems tech stack, ensuring integration and data quality
- Lead accurate forecasting, pipeline reviews, and build dashboards to track KPIs across teams
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM management, including report and dashboard creation
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Gong, Slack, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Similarweb
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Experience in building scalable RevOps systems in high-growth environments
