Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market reach
- Lead and mentor a team of Channel Sales leaders, fostering a culture of high performance
- Establish KPIs and sales targets for channel partners, conducting performance reviews and feedback sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, with 2-4 years in a global leadership role
- Experience in LATAM, EMEA, and/or APAC markets
- Proven ability to build and manage global channel sales organizations
- Strong understanding of global channel sales dynamics and partner ecosystems
