Key Responsibilities
- Drive and standardize complex sales projects in North America with regional Sales Teams
- Support the sales of automation solutions and implement global software rollouts
- Build and perform comprehensive on-site customer training and deliver support during validation and routine test start-ups
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences; Master's preferred in Cell Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry
- Proven experience in managing complex sales projects
- Strong expertise in automation solutions and global software rollouts
- Ability to deliver comprehensive on-site training and support
- Proficiency in CRM software for record-keeping
