A company is looking for a Renewal Support Specialist to assist the sales team in preparing proposals and collateral to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the account management team to gather necessary information for proposal development
- Prepare and customize proposals and collateral to support client acquisition and retention
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of proposals through thorough reviews of materials and data
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in sales support, proposal development, or similar roles within the insurance industry is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- Previous experience with Stop Loss insurance marketing is preferred
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
