A company is looking for an Enablement Manager, Communications and Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and execution of the sales enablement program for the sales teams
- Lead quarterly sales enablement huddles and maintain an enablement calendar for consistent communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training materials and sales playbooks
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in sales enablement within a technology manufacturing environment
- Experience leading sales enablement programs and training for various seniority levels
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce
- Experience with content management and learning management systems
- Understanding of the unique needs of different sales teams, including Inside Sales and Account Executives
