Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Business Manager (Field & Account Sales Lead).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual business plans aligned with overall business and customer strategies
- Manage existing and develop new partnerships within the foodservice/on-premise channel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and achieve key performance indicators
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Category Development
- Proven track record of delivering on KPIs and strong execution skills
- P&L experience required
- Knowledge of customer businesses and industry trends in foodservice
