Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads, managing demo requests and conducting thoughtful discovery
  • Drive outbound lead generation through proactive outreach to potential prospects
  • Conduct discovery conversations to qualify leads using the BANT methodology
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (sales development, business development, or customer-facing)
  • Experience in SaaS is an asset, though not required
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for lead response and outreach
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is preferred
  • A relentless drive to learn and grow as a sales professional
