Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads, managing demo requests and conducting thoughtful discovery
- Drive outbound lead generation through proactive outreach to potential prospects
- Conduct discovery conversations to qualify leads using the BANT methodology
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (sales development, business development, or customer-facing)
- Experience in SaaS is an asset, though not required
- Proven ability to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for lead response and outreach
- Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is preferred
- A relentless drive to learn and grow as a sales professional
