Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst (Retention) to perform sales operations functions related to renewing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end client renewal transactions across all product lines and compliance legislations
- Communicate renewal experience information, including risks and notifications for renewing clients
- Maintain tracking and reporting of status and deliverables for assigned business accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Associate's degree in a related field preferred or at least one year of related experience
- Previous sales operations or benefit service experience preferred
- Audit and/or Quality Assurance experience is a plus
- Knowledge of systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and SFDC applications
- General knowledge of insurance products and sales operations procedures is desired
