A company is looking for a Renewals Manager - Global.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global renewals pipeline: forecast, track, and close all customer renewals on time, ensuring high GRR
- Partner with CSMs and Sales to assess account health, flag risks early, and execute commercial discussions
- Engage directly with customers on renewal terms, pricing, and contract amendments
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Renewals or Account Management, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Proven track record of owning and negotiating renewals across global enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing structures, and commercial terms
- Experience working cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevOps
- Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and revenue metrics skills
