A company is looking for a Director of Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate sales dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track performance and revenue growth
- Define and continually improve sales processes while identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation
- Design and implement onboarding programs and ongoing training initiatives for new sales hires
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles in high-growth B2B environments
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue acceleration strategies
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and sales enablement tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
