Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to support its Fitness & Wellbeing product line in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Own reporting across Customer Success and Sales focusing on retention and pipeline health
- Support execution and tracking of Account Management compensation plans
- Define business requirements for Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, and Salesloft in collaboration with the IT team
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations
- Strong experience in Customer Success Operations and retention-focused reporting
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, and Salesloft
- Proven ability to define and communicate clear business requirements
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
