A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to equip revenue-generating teams with the knowledge, content, tools, and training needed to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the sales enablement calendar, delivering structured onboarding, certifications, and skills development
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs and lead ongoing training on sales skills and product knowledge
- Manage a central library of sales content and embed enablement materials into Salesforce to support adoption
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, sales operations, or B2B sales, preferably in legal, EdTech, or professional development markets
- Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and sales technology
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful enablement programs
- Experience working in a dynamic, scaling environment with changing priorities
- A passion for learning and helping revenue-generating teams succeed
