A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale the SDR function, including recruiting and training talent
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification strategies
- Lead and develop a high-performing SDR team to meet and exceed targets
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role managing SDRs
- Proven success in building or scaling a sales development function in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques and pipeline metrics
- Experience with modern sales and AI tools
- Familiarity with the AI/ML or data security space is a bonus
