A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and scale the SDR function, including recruiting and training talent
  • Drive pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification strategies
  • Lead and develop a high-performing SDR team to meet and exceed targets
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role managing SDRs
  • Proven success in building or scaling a sales development function in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques and pipeline metrics
  • Experience with modern sales and AI tools
  • Familiarity with the AI/ML or data security space is a bonus
