Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Generation Associate (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and develop leads through outbound and inbound sales activities
- Conduct testing of marketing materials and collaborate with marketing teams to capture inbound leads
- Manage CRM data accuracy and provide training to sales teams on CRM usage
Required Qualifications
- Experience or passion for business development, sales, or sales operations
- Ability to experiment with new approaches and develop creative solutions
- Proven track record of adopting new technologies, including CRM systems
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HS diploma required
