Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of outbound and strategic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Develop and execute a multi-segment SDR strategy across various verticals
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to refine outbound campaign playbook and ensure consistent pipeline creation
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing an SDR team in B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR or quota-carrying Account Executive
- Proven track record of exceeding team KPIs through coaching and performance management
- Deep understanding of modern SDR tools and workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
