A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of outbound and strategic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Develop and execute a multi-segment SDR strategy across various verticals
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to refine outbound campaign playbook and ensure consistent pipeline creation
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience managing an SDR team in B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR or quota-carrying Account Executive
  • Proven track record of exceeding team KPIs through coaching and performance management
  • Deep understanding of modern SDR tools and workflows
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
