Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President to manage and develop a team of Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives, including recruiting, hiring, and training
- Lead client and prospect meetings while collaborating with internal partners
- Report on sales activity and forecasts to senior sales management
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople
- Strongly preferred Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in leading successful sales teams
- Experience in consultative selling within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
