Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations for all assigned customer renewals
- Prepare and present formal renewal pricing to customers
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop tailored pricing solutions
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial pricing management
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales and customer retention
- Experience managing complex customer accounts
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams without formal authority
