Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to oversee and drive performance for a growing team of SDRs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs for outbound pipeline generation
  • Monitor SDR KPIs, identify gaps, and implement performance improvement plans
  • Support SDRs in optimizing outreach strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Previous experience mentoring or managing SDRs is highly preferred
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
  • Proficient in Salesforce and familiar with sales engagement platforms
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
