A company is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will identify and nurture new business opportunities while maintaining CRM data.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential target companies using various tools to align with the Ideal Customer Profile
- Conduct multi-channel outreach to engage prospects and gather critical qualification data
- Maintain and enrich contact and company records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 0-3+ years of experience in lead generation, sales research, or SDR/BDR roles
- Experience with CRMs, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to conduct outreach and engage with potential leads
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Mail
- A college degree is preferred, but not required
