Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline generation and sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own pipeline generation for Enterprise sales by identifying and engaging technical teams using the product
  • Run outbound campaigns targeting strategic prospects in the Developer Tooling and Productivity space
  • Manage inbound interest from engineers evaluating the product for broader adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a BDR role at a fast-growing startup
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and driving expansion from existing user bases
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs
  • Knowledge of developer tools, AI products, and DevOps/infrastructure buyers is a plus
  • Experience crafting outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo or Outbound
