Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support coordination and execution of corporate and market initiatives among regional sales leaders
- Translate center-led strategies into market/regional initiatives to maximize growth
- Manage execution of key priorities, including sales forecasting, planning processes, and customer retention planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10 years of sales experience with 5+ years leading a B2B sales team
- Demonstrated success in sales planning, performance management, and insights-driven strategy
- Strong financial acumen and ability to plan and execute business plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of marketing principles, product lines, and ordering procedures
