Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch a scalable enablement program for GTM onboarding and ongoing development
- Build role-specific onboarding programs to enhance ramp time and productivity
- Develop and manage partner enablement for system integrators and alliances
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or related GTM function
- Proven experience building enablement programs in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Experience in improving GTM ramp times and developing role-based learning paths
- Startup experience with the ability to navigate ambiguity and establish programs from scratch
- Familiarity with the modern data stack or data-driven products
