Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Manager Sales Projects Implementation and Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the activation and execution of sales initiatives and projects
• Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize and implement sales strategies
• Communicate expectations and track compliance for assigned sales initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with 2 years of experience
• Experience within the sales discipline and property operations is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a large, cross-geography virtual team environment
• Strong project management and change management skills
• Experience in planning implementation and process improvement
