Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers
- Serve as a technical point of contact during strategic sales processes
- Interface with enterprise account champions and executives, representing the company's technical expertise
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct Sales Engineering experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Management experience leading a team of professionals
- Experience with Javascript and CSS/XPath queries
- Exposure to front-end test automation and/or CI/CD tools is a plus
- Passionate about working in a growing startup and learning new technologies
