Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound IoT leads and identify service opportunities
- Conduct outbound activities to generate qualified leads and coordinate with service or sales teams
- Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce CRM and provide technical support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial compressed air sales and service organization
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM
- Extensive compressor product knowledge and related technologies
- English fluency
