Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to acquire new customers and scale sales across various product offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance and optimize customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building and leading successful B2B sales teams, preferably in high-growth or SaaS environments
- 8+ years in technology sales with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Experience selling to SMB and Enterprise segments, managing both complex and transactional sales
- Strong forecasting and sales operations skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
