A company is looking for a Business Development Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to sales prospects, generating interest in insurance products with upwards of 800 calls daily
- Handle and overcome sales objections to successfully transfer potential customers to licensed insurance agents
- Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics to boost sales agent conversion
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a telesales or sales environment
- Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
- Access to a hardwired high-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds
