Senior Small Business Banking Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Small Business Banking Consultant responsible for managing and growing Small Business client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and recommend financial products and services through telephone consultations
• Resolve complex servicing issues and maintain strong client relationships
• Proactively contact clients for financial reviews and facilitate credit requests

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years) or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of sales/client relationship management experience in banking/financial products
• Significant experience working with small business clients
• Formal credit training and small business banking sales training preferred
• Experience mentoring and developing less experienced team members is a plus
