Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive performance and accountability
- Develop and execute a revenue strategy focused on acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with C-level executives to understand their cybersecurity training needs
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- 3+ years of experience in coaching and mentoring teams of 5 or more people
- Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise deals of $100K+
- Experience with data-informed decision-making and sales process optimization
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management
