Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposals Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather insights into prospects' needs and challenges through RFx documents
• Produce compelling and accurate RFx responses that align with the company's offerings
• Build and nurture relationships with procurement professionals through regular engagement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years managing end-to-end RFI/RFP responses in B2B SaaS or procurement-heavy industries
• Proven experience with RFPIO or similar proposal automation tools
• Fluency with Salesforce CRM and content management tools like HighSpot
• Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Formal proposal writing certifications or relevant process-level experience
