Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop prospective buyers through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up to meet sales goals
- Manage a personal book of business and maintain pipeline hygiene using CRM tools
- Facilitate virtual or in-person home tours and gather insights on buyer sentiment and market trends
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in new acquisitions sales or real estate sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- BA or college degree preferred
- Real Estate license or tour experience preferred
