A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target accounts to build a pipeline using prospecting tools
- Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels and conduct discovery calls
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and track KPIs related to lead generation
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in a BDR, SDR, or similar lead generation role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator
- Proven ability to qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
- Organized, persistent, and motivated by achieving goals
- Comfortable with cold calling and engaging in professional conversations
