Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research target accounts to build a pipeline using prospecting tools
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels and conduct discovery calls
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and track KPIs related to lead generation
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years in a BDR, SDR, or similar lead generation role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator
  • Proven ability to qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
  • Organized, persistent, and motivated by achieving goals
  • Comfortable with cold calling and engaging in professional conversations
