Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed:
- 7-12 years of sales-related experience
- 3-5+ years in sales leadership roles
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members
- Strong knowledge of SDR processes and sales tools
- Experience in executing SDR lead campaigns with measurable outcomes
