- Deep understanding of Microsoft's organizational structure and partner programs
- Proven track record of driving co-sell success and joint go-to-market initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure and AI services
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
