Sales Training Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training and Development Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum and content for sales skills training programs
• Conduct engaging sales skills training programs, both virtually and in-person
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely creation and delivery of training content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in sales and/or training
• Previous leadership experience in a commercial environment
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Experience delivering training as a field faculty member or in a similar capacity
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions
