Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Training and Development Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop curriculum and content for sales skills training programs
- Conduct engaging sales skills training programs, both virtually and in-person
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely creation and delivery of training content
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in sales and/or training
- Previous leadership experience in a commercial environment
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Experience delivering training as a field faculty member or in a similar capacity
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions
