Key Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios within the Finance Services domain and identify growth opportunities
- Develop account management strategies including farming, up-selling, and cross-selling
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships while coordinating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in client relationship management and business development in software engineering services
- Goal and performance-oriented with both strategic and hands-on capabilities
- Ability to create financial business cases and present ROI to customers
- Experience managing account-level P&L responsibilities
- Proficient in interacting with C-Level Executives to convey value propositions
