Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM and channel sales strategy across Romania, Europe, and the U.S
- Build a scalable pipeline generation engine, owning inbound and outbound motions
- Recruit, coach, and lead high-performing sales teams in both Romania and the U.S
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in services, consulting, or tech
- Proven ability to build GTM strategy and scale revenue from early-stage to maturity
- Strong experience in hiring and developing international teams
- Deep expertise in pipeline generation, partner/channel development, and enterprise selling
- Operational mindset with a strong grasp of reporting, forecasting, and CRM discipline
