Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Identify and grow product usage based on client needs and business initiatives
- Conduct strategic account reviews and address client concerns in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a consultative sales-oriented position focusing on relationship management
- Two or four-year degree from an accredited institution in a related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Salesforce CRM
- Ability to learn additional software quickly
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
