Senior Sales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to lead pre-sales engagement for Conversational AI and Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand their contact center needs
• Design and deliver customized demos showcasing AI capabilities and automated quality scoring
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales role related to AI, ML, or Contact Center technologies
• Experience with Generative AI and related ecosystems
• Strong understanding of contact center interaction workflows and platforms
• Demonstrated experience presenting to technical and executive audiences
• Hands-on experience with coding languages/tools and cloud platforms
