Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by maximizing customer engagement and managing a book of business
- Source and prioritize new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Comfortable spending 50% or more of the day working with customers over the phone
- Experience with customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
- Participation in a 4-week paid training program to learn essential selling skills
- Ability to meet monthly performance metrics and demonstrate perseverance in sales
