Federal Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager - Federal (IT Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track upcoming federal RFPs, pre-solicitations, and task orders
• Develop and execute capture strategies for target opportunities 6-24 months ahead of RFP release
• Build and maintain relationships with federal agencies, contracting officers, and key decision-makers

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of proven experience in Federal Capture Management (IT services focus)
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and contract vehicles
• Demonstrated success winning federal contracts in staffing or IT consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong network within the Washington, D.C. federal contracting ecosystem
