Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Incentives Compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual planning cycle and discussions with leadership to align sales incentive plans with overall strategy
- Administer and communicate sales incentive plans, ensuring timely rollout and accurate payouts
- Analyze sales metrics and drive continuous improvement in compensation processes and technology solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 7+ years in Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Compensation Management roles
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Compensation preferred, with familiarity in Xactly Sales Incentive platform
- Strong analytical skills and orientation toward data management and process improvement
- Global experience and ability to work effectively across various organizational levels and functions
