A company is looking for a Sales Engineer / Technical Support Representative / Product Consultant - SaaS Pre-Sales Technical Demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Give product demos for sales, product training, and initial setup
- Handle inbound technical support calls and emails
- Answer product related technical questions and file tickets for product issues
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in supporting SaaS products
- Strong foundation in OS and Database/Server technology (Windows, MS SQL, Oracle, LDAP)
- History of consistently meeting and exceeding goals and expectations
- Customer-driven with an adaptable approach to troubleshooting
- Strong references from previous managers/supervisors
