Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time coaching and guidance to sales agents on effective practices and compliance standards
- Act as a point of contact for leveraging digital resources to enhance consumer experience
- Inspire agents to exceed sales targets while promoting a positive organizational culture
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of experience in a sales or call center environment
- Ability to obtain relevant licenses within 90 days
- 1+ years of experience in a Direct-to-Consumer Agent role or similar environment
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)
- Demonstrated success in engaging with individuals at all organizational levels
