Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support its Customer Success Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales stakeholders to define and prioritize the project roadmap
- Manage cross-functional alignment and stakeholder expectations across high-impact projects
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, preferably in Customer Success functions
- Deep understanding of post-sales business processes and enabling teams through technology
- Experience in Agile or Kanban environments with project management principles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and related ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams
