A company is looking for a Central Services, Administrative Assistant, Sales (Remote Opportunity).
Key Responsibilities
- Support Central Sales leaders in executing sales services for a portfolio of hotels
- Manage group contract preparation, rooming lists, guest billing, and transient rate loading
- Utilize sales tools such as Envision, Reserve, and Opera to complete tasks and generate reports
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge and Microsoft Suite
- Experience with sales tools such as Envision and Opera
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
