Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Partner Program Manager to support the strategy and growth of reseller, referral, and channel partner programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage channel partner programs, including VARs, resellers, distributors, and integrators
- Develop onboarding processes and training resources for partners
- Collaborate with sales to drive revenue growth through channel partnerships
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of operations experience in channel partnerships or indirect sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce for reporting and data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with software support services or third-party support models
- Experience managing partner relationships in a global software or IT services company
